CM Punjab Laptop Scheme – Phase II

Dear Students, Virtual University of Pakistan has been included in the CM Punjab Laptop Scheme – Phase II, launched by the Government of Punjab to promote digital learning and facilitate students in their academic pursuits through the provision of laptops. In this regard, students holding Punjab domicile and currently enrolled in the 1st or 2nd semester of any BS 4-Year program at Virtual University of Pakistan are eligible to apply online through the following link: https://cmlaptophed.punjab.gov.pk/candidate/signup Applicants are strongly advised to carefully review the detailed eligibility criteria, application requirements, and instructions available at: https://cmlaptophed.punjab.gov.pk/#eligibility_criteria Students must ensure that all information provided in the online application form is accurate and complete, as incomplete or incorrect submissions may lead to disqualification. Announcement for Blocking of VULMS Accounts (16-02-2026)

February 15, 2026
It is informed that LMS accounts of all such students who have not paid their outstanding dues shall be blocked on February 16, 2026. Students with blocked accounts will not be able to view Final Term Result of Fall'2025 semester and make course selection for Spring'2026 semester. It is therefore advised to clear all outstanding dues at the earliest, in order to avoid any inconvenience.
